Downloadمدرس قبل از سفر به تهران، تا زمان به پایان رسیدن دوره ی اول مجلس، به روستای اسفه بازگشت تا حمامی برای مردم اسفه بسازد و آسیاب شاه را تعمیر نماید. مدرس خانه ی پدری خود را به ساخت حمام اختصاص داد که تا دهه ی ۱۳۷۰ هجری شمسی هنوز مورد استفاده ی مردم اسفه بود
آسیاب شاه از موقوفات مدرسه ی سلطانی اصفهان (مدرسه ی چهار باغ) بود که توسط مدرس تعمیر شد و مورد بهره برداری قرار گرفت. مدرس خود همراه با کارگران کار می کرد و هزینه ی ساخت و تعمیر این دو بنا را خود وی پرداخت نمود. وی همچنین در ساخت دو بنای مسکونی در روستای خیرآباد و یک مسجد در اسفه دست داشت
مدرس در مورد ساخت مسجد به مردم اسفه گفته بود که مسجد برای گردهمایی مردم است نه برای نطق و خطابه ی من و امثال من
Modares went back to Esfeh Village, before the end of the first period of Majles and moving to Terhan, to build a public bath and repair the Village’s mill. There, he built a public bath in his father’s house for the people of Esfeh, which was in use until 1991.
He also refurbished Ausiyab-e Shah (Shah Mill). Ausiyab-e Shah was one of the endowments of the Soltani School of Isfahan (also known as Chahar Bagh School) which was repaired and put into operation by Modares. Modares worked with the laborers himself. And, he paid for the construction of the public bath and Ausiyab-e Shah himself. He was also involved in the construction of two residential buildings in the village of Khair-abad and a mosque in Esfeh.
During the construction of the mosque, Modares had told the people of Esfeh that: “A mosque is for getting people together, but not for holding speeches and sermons given by me or clergies like me.”
